Clerical and administrative support only

ScriptorCo provides clerical and administrative document support. We organise, structure, format and present information that is supplied to us by registered migration agents and Australian legal practitioners, following their instructions.

We are not a registered migration agent or a law practice. We do not give immigration assistance, migration advice or legal advice, and we do not represent anyone before the Department of Home Affairs, the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) or any other body.

Section 276(3)(a) of the Migration Act 1958

Scriptor Co does not provide immigration assistance as defined under Section 276 of the Migration Act 1958. In accordance with Section 276(3)(a), our services are limited to clerical work to prepare (or help prepare) applications or other documents, strictly under the instruction and supervision of MARA-registered migration agents or Australian legal practitioners.

All documents and materials prepared by Scriptor Co must be independently reviewed, verified, and formally approved by the supervising MARA-registered migration agent or legal practitioner prior to submission. Scriptor Co assumes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any application or decision arising from the use of these documents. Who we work with

• We accept work only from registered migration agents, Australian legal practitioners and the firms they work in.
• We do not accept instructions from visa applicants or sponsors directly, and we do not correspond with them about their matter.
• We may ask for a registration or practising certificate number before accepting work.

How documents are prepared

• Every document is prepared solely from the information, evidence and instructions provided by the instructing professional.
• We do not decide what a document should argue, which visa or pathway applies, or whether criteria are met. Those judgements remain with the instructing professional.
• The instructing professional reviews, amends as needed and approves every document before it is used, and remains responsible for its content and for their own professional obligations.
• We do not lodge applications, submissions or appeals on anyone's behalf.

Confidentiality and privacy

Client information is used only to prepare the documents requested and is not shared with external parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or where the law requires it.

Outcomes

Decisions on visas, nominations and appeals are made by the relevant government authority or tribunal. ScriptorCo does not and cannot guarantee any outcome.
